Fit trekkers who have completed multi-day hikes before. Mental toughness required. Expect basic teahouses, cold nights, and long summit-push days.
Hard treks in Nepal are for trekkers who have already completed multi-day routes and are ready to push further. These trips involve six to eight or more hours of walking per day, multiple consecutive days above 5,000 metres, remote terrain far from medical facilities, and nights in basic teahouses in cold, high-altitude conditions. Routes like Everest Base Camp, Manaslu Circuit and Annapurna Circuit fall into this category. Physical fitness alone is not enough you also need mental toughness, prior trekking experience, and the ability to manage discomfort over two to three weeks. Our guides are experienced at this level and will monitor your acclimatisation closely, but the commitment needs to come from you before you arrive.
