Challenging Treks Nepal

Regular walkers, steady trekking days

Regular walkers with solid fitness wanting a genuine mountain experience. You will feel the thin air but no technical skills are required.

Challenging treks in Nepal are what most people picture when they think of Himalayan trekking. These are the classic routes Annapurna Base Camp, Langtang Valley, Mardi Himal where you walk five to seven hours a day on stone steps and rocky trails, gain real altitude, and arrive at viewpoints that make every steep section worth it. You will feel the thin air above 3,500 metres, but no technical climbing skills are required. What you do need is a solid fitness base and ideally some experience of day hiking or multi-day walking. Our guides manage the pace and acclimatisation schedule. If you have been training consistently for six to eight weeks, most healthy adults can complete a Level 3 trek comfortably.
