Seasoned adventurers and aspiring mountaineers in peak physical and mental condition. Prior high-altitude and technical terrain experience is mandatory.
Expedition trips in Nepal go beyond trekking into the territory of technical mountaineering. Routes at this level involve summit days of eight to twelve hours, glacier travel, the use of crampons and ice axes, and nights at altitude above 6,000 metres. Island Peak, Lobuche East and similar trekking peaks sit in this category. These trips are not simply harder versions of a Level 4 trek — they require a fundamentally different skill set, including prior experience on technical terrain, familiarity with high-altitude conditions, and strong physical and mental preparation. If you are an experienced trekker considering your first peak climb, speak to our team before booking. We will assess whether your background is the right fit for the specific route.
