This wasn’t an easy trek, but it was exactly the kind of adventure we were after. Furi was calm, experienced, and good at reading the conditions each day. Crossing the passes, taking in the scale of the scenery, and eventually climbing Island Peak made the whole trip feel special. We came back exhausted, but genuinely happy.
