“Gokyo was even better than we expected”

Our trek through the Gokyo Valley with Kumar exceeded expectations. He was a great guide and kept a close eye on how everyone was holding up. The views around Gokyo Lake were incredible, and seeing Everest from Gokyo Ri was easily one of the highlights of the whole Nepal trip. We'd trek with MountainKick again in a heartbeat.

Kumar was a fantastic guide for our Three Passes trek. We knew going in it would be challenging, but he made it feel manageable throughout. The passes themselves were incredible, especially Renjo La, and the views along the whole route went beyond what we expected. A very memorable few weeks in Nepal.

We had an unforgettable trip through the Everest region, crossing the high passes and finishing with Island Peak. Pasang was excellent throughout, and his experience in the mountains gave us a lot of confidence on the harder days. It was demanding, but the scenery and sense of achievement made it completely worth it. Island Peak was the perfect way to close out an already incredible trek.

Our group trekked through Gokyo Valley and on to Everest Base Camp, and it was brilliant from start to finish. Rames guided us and kept morale high even on the tougher days -- and there were a few. My friend and I had an incredible time doing EBC and Island Peak with MountainKick. Kishor took great care of us on the trekking portion, and Tenzing was fantastic once we got to the climb. We never felt rushed and always felt well looked after. Island Peak was easily the hardest part of the trip, but also one of the most rewarding things either of us has done.

The four of us did the EBC and Island Peak trip together and had a great experience. Hari was our trekking guide and looked after us really well throughout. Tenzing joined for the Island Peak climb itself and was experienced and reassuring the whole way up. It was a demanding trip, but everything was handled carefully, and reaching the summit was an amazing feeling.
