“More beautiful than we expected”

We joined a small group for the Langtang Valley trek and had a wonderful time with Gopal -- friendly, patient, and always checking in on how everyone was feeling. The scenery changes so much along the way, from green forests to huge mountain views, and the walk around Kyanjin was especially memorable.

Sher was a brilliant guide and took great care of our group. Some days were tough, but the scenery made every one of them worth it. Gokyo Ri was definitely the hardest morning, but standing at the top with Everest and the surrounding peaks in full view made it unforgettable.

Gopal was an excellent guide, and honestly a great person to have with us on such a demanding trek. We enjoyed the quieter trails just as much as the big mountain views. Crossing the passes and spending time in the different valleys made this feel like a proper journey through the Everest region, not just a route to Base Camp. A fantastic experience.

Kumar made our trek genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. The early morning climb to Poon Hill was tough in the dark, but watching the sun come up over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges made it entirely worth it. We also loved staying in the small mountain villages -- a very memorable few days.

Such a lovely experience. The homestays were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the hospitality felt genuine rather than performed. We really enjoyed meeting the local families and picking up a bit about Gurung culture along the way. MountainKick did a great job arranging it, and the whole trek felt relaxed and personal. Would happily recommend it.
