The Bhotekoshi River has grade 3 rapids at the lower sections and in the upper sections there are grade 4 and 5 rapids so plenty of thrill is guaranteed.

Detail itinerary

day 01
Drive from Kathmandu to Khadichaur. Rafting at Bhotekoshi River.

It takes roughly four hours to reach the lower section of Khadichaur in a private vehicle. We have lunch here and begin rafting in the Bhotekoshi. We make our way down to Sukute village through several white water rapids. At Sukute, we will stay in a campsite at the riverbank.

day 02

More rafting. Return to Kathmandu.

We will walk up river to Baseri after breakfast as there are higher grade rapids up there. We will then raft in the white water till we reach the Lamoshanghu Dam just in time for lunch. After lunch, we return back to Kathmandu.
