If you believe that a holiday is incomplete without adventure and thrill, this is the perfect package for you. Apart from sightseeing and mixing with the local community, you will be participating in adventure sports that Nepal has been renowned for. We will take you to best destinations for white water rafting, paragliding, bungee jumping, boating, trekking, jungle safari and biking. You could not ask for more.
We will be there to receive you at the airport as you land into Kathmandu and take you to your hotel.
Representatives and guides of Mountain Kick will meet with you at your hotel. Your journey starts the next day so we will run you through the itinerary. We begin our trip with visiting different heritage sites in Kathmandu and stopping at some of the popular tourist hangouts. Kathmandu is rich in culture and the ancient parts of the city have not changed for hundreds of years.
A holiday is incomplete without a little bit of thrill. Here we have plenty of it as we go rafting in the Trishuli River. A three-hour drive takes us to Charaundi where the rafting begins. With help from our guides and trainers, you will raft from Charaundi to Kurintar with grade 2 and 3 rapids. Later in the day, we will take you to Pokhara in a tourist bus. It is approximately a four-hour drive with beautiful scenes of the mountains throughout the way to keep you entertained. You will reach Pokhara in the evening, just in time for the amazing nightlife to begin.
A less than 30 minutes drive takes you to the top of Sarangkot Hill. The purpose for coming to this hilltop is for diving off its cliff with a parachute. You will float above the hill for a while during the flight before your final descent to the Phewa Lake just below the hill. All in all, you will experience 45 minutes of thrill in one of the best paragliding locations in the work.
After this, we will go sightseeing. There are plenty of places to visit in Pokhara like the Devi’s Falls, the Bat Cave, the World Peace Pagoda, the Phewa Lake, and many more. Pokhara is a great place to go shopping in the day and partying in the night. And if you prefer natural getaways, Pokhara is surrounded by natural landmarks like lakes and hills which are perfect for a day excursion.
It takes three hours to reach the top of Sarangkot hill (5,249 feet) from lakeside (around 3,000 feet) on foot. The climb is steep and the track is rough but once you get there, you will be treated with a beautiful panoramic view of the Himalayas. Mount Annapurna, Mount Dhaulagiri, and Mount Manaslu can be seen ahead of you while Pokhara city and the Phewa Lake are visible below.
From Sarangkot, you will be treated one of the most beautiful scenes of rising sun from here along with a beautiful panoramic view of the Himalayas so you will have to wake up early if you don’t want to miss the show. We will return to Pokhara after breakfast but more thrill awaits you on this day. We will drive to Hemja where there is a 262 feet tall bungee platform. Jump off the steel tower on top of the cliff towards the pond on the bottom. After this, we return to Pokhara.
We will leave Pokhara behind and head south to Chitwan in a luxurious tourist bus. You will be treated with views of hills and forests throughout the five to seven hours’ journey to Chitwan. We will stay in a jungle resort inside the national park.
There are so many fun activities in Chitwan National Park that one day is not enough. Elephant safari, jeep safari, watching wildlife, canoeing, mixing with indigenous people of the jungle – the options are so many that you will be spoilt for choice.
A tourist bus will take us to Kathmandu in five to six hours.
Today take a bicycle and ride around Kathmandu. There are several beautiful locations you can make to in a day so talk to your guides about where you want to go. In the evening, Mountain Kick will host a farewell dinner for you to culminate your vacation.
We will be to see you off at the airport as you will be returning home with very happy memories.
All you need to bring for this tour is simply some comfortable clothes. You don’t need any special gear for touring around Nepal. Just make sure you have clothes according to the season you are arriving.

As one of the core guiding principles for Mountain Kick, we always give back to the mountain community in any way we can as a means of gratitude. The people who live in the Himalayas and share their homes with us deserve to have all their little problems fixed which seem very basic for outsiders but are commonplace in rural Nepal. The people lack proper access to healthcare, sanitation and education but a little effort from travellers goes on a long way to solve these issues. Mountain Kick has made it its corporate social responsibility to help improve the living standards of the local community. We make donations to their cause, organize social campaigns and programs and also have a few trips designed to mix a little volunteer work in your holiday.
